When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. How do we ship and deliver? We currently offer five different shipping methods detailed below; however, not every method is available for every product. Multiple orders are not bulked together; they are billed and shipped separately. Therefore, all packages may not arrive at the same time. ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOON (EST) WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. SHIPPING Standard Ground - Delivery dates can not be guaranteed. However, based on the day of the week the product is shipped the following can usually be expected: California: 6-8 days, West: 4-6 days, Midwest/Southwest: 2-4 days, East/South: 1-3 days. 3-Day Air - Packages are sent to arrive in three business days. PO Boxes, Rural Routes, and Military addresses are shipped Priority mail, which takes 3-5 business days as well. 2-Day Air - Packages are sent to arrive in 2 business days. Overnight - Orders placed prior to noon EST will arrive the following business day by 4:30pm if they are being delivered to a business or 7:30pm to a residence. HAND DELIVERY (available only in the Cobb, Fulton, surround area of Georgia) Delivery - Local couriers hand deliver the products to recipients between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific time for delivery cannot be specified. California Dessert Factory cannot do "same-day" hand deliveries unless your are in The Cobb County Surroundings. If you need to place an order for hand delivery on Saturday, please call (678) 574-4100 (rush charges will apply). Saturday - Packages are sent out on Friday for Saturday. There is an additional charge for this service. Please call (678) 574-4100 to place orders for Saturday delivery as we do not accept Saturday orders via the web. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
